Ah! A rest day here in the beautiful city of Kelheim in Bavaria. Did some much needed napping, bike maintenance, laundry, and got a great massage. Life is good to me today. I hiked up to the soldiers memorial from the Napoleon wars. Beautiful view from up there .

Glad you had a day ‘off’ to enjoy the town. You definitely picked the right place to visit, given how prominent that memorial is in all of their info and on their Wikipedia page. You also appear to be very close to the geographical center of Bavaria (40km to the west of you).
