It is good to see you had a break with time to rest and rejuvenate as the heat can bring havoc on our bodies and brains! The cookout on Saturday was amazing and the ribs were tasty. We had about 16 people come over and did a gratitude topic around our fire pit in the evening. I thought of the wonders of nature, the gardens, and so many of God’s unexplainable blessings. You are experiencing this everyday and we are connected under the blue summer sky. Keep rolling my friend and enjoy this amazing day (-:

Today was a nice 30 mile solo early morning ride letting the road and conditions set the pace rather than chasing each other. I always think of this as a ‘Mike Ride’ and enjoy them.
